Remember when carpet was all the rage in the kitchen? Then we had carpet tiles. Now apparently – according to the style meisters – tiles are going out of fashion. Anyone who has visited Pompei will question this. In Pompei you can see tiles literally thousands of years old – they look as good as the day they were layed. Sure they were covered for a few hundred years by vulcanic ash.
Tiles remain the eternal floor covering. Versatile… or should that be versatile.
